Your non-custom pieces should be delivered to you in 7-10 days while your custom pieces should be to you in 7-21 days. If it hasn't been 3 weeks since you placed your order, your order is still on time.
Shipping is included in the price of all products, but express shipping is an option if needed.
Refunds are not available. Your pieces are shipped via my manufacturer. Once the package is shipped, there's a limit to what I can do on my end.
