A: Your piece(s) should be delivered to in 21 days. Please allow a 1-4 week grace period after ordering. Keep in mind your pieces are customized, which takes time.
Q: “Will the gold turn green since it’s not solid gold?”
A: No, all products by Nubia are real gold-filled or 18K gold-plated. Your pieces will not turn green, tarnish, or rust. Sweat, swim, and water proof. I test all the material before every release!
Q: “Can I pick up my order?”
A: At this time, we have no products on hand for sale, especially since it’s being customized by my manufacturer and not myself. I am soon working to change that in the future. All orders are made to be shipped.
Q: “Will you sell out? I’d like to get my pieces at a later time.”
A: Never! As collections start to roll out, the old ones will always be up to place orders.
Q: “The website is down. How do I place an order?”
A: If our website is down for any reason, DM @nubiabyanyla to place your order at any time. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Q: “Where is my tracking number?”
A: Tracking numbers aren’t sent to me right away. Once your order clears customs, a photo will be sent to me and your tracking number soon after once shipped. I will then send your tracking number via email.
